Browse Source 
- Add appversion.proto with GetAll, Get, Update RPCs
- Add GetAllAppVersionsQuery and handler
- Add UpdateAppVersionCommand and handler
- Add AppVersionService gRPC service
- Add AppVersionProfile for Mapster mappings
- Update IApplicationContractContext with AppVersions client
- Bump Configuration.Protobuf to 1.0.20
