- Added DefaultAddress and DefaultPostalCode properties to GetAllUserByFilterResponseDto for improved user data representation.
- Updated GetAllUserByFilterQueryHandler to populate new response fields with relevant data.
- Modified Protobuf definitions to include new fields in GetAllUserByFilterResponseModel.
- Bumped Protobuf project version to reflect the addition of new features.
