chore(config): update CreditPortalUrl in appsettings files and clean up .gitignore

- Changed the CreditPortalUrl in appsettings.json, appsettings.Production.json, and appsettings.Staging.json to point to the new user panel URL. - Removed an unnecessary blank line from the .gitignore file to maintain consistency. These updates ensure correct configuration for the TwentyCard integration and improve the project's file management.
