docs: fix IPG DiscountBalance 56M → 112M (2× BasePackageAmount)

Matches code fix — IPG now charges DiscountBalance = BasePackageAmount × 2 Same as DayaLoan and ManualPayment. Total for all methods: 56M + 112M = 168M
